How does the shopping cart work?

Just as in a physical store, your Shopping Cart holds items until you are ready to check out. From your Shopping Cart you can:

  • Proceed to check out
  • Continue shopping
  • You can always get back to your cart by clicking the “Shopping Cart” button found in the navigation bar.

    How can I change my order?

    If you click on the Shopping Cart, you can remove any item from your Shopping Cart that you no longer wish to purchase. Select the item or items that you would like to remove from your Shopping Cart, then click the “Submit Change” button and the item will be removed.

    Is there a cost break if I order in bulk?

    Volume pricing discounts are available for orders of 50 or more of the same product. Please contact us via email at info@gabnow.org or by phone at 414.241.2465

    What happens when an item is on backorder?

    We work hard to only feature items in stock. However, If an item is unexpectedly on backorder, you will receive a call from a GAB Volunteer the same day you place your order. You will be provided a estimated ship date or have the option to cancel the order

    What is your return policy?

    Any promotional product may be returned without a restocking fee. Please contact us via email at info@gabnow.org or by phone at 414.241.2465 to receive a return authorization number.

    If there is a problem with the product, GAB will replace the product at no cost to you.

    If you need to return a product for another reason, GAB will accept promotional products (if returned in the same condition sent to you) with no restocking fee, but you will still be liable for return shipping charges. Non-promotional products will have a 10% or $5.00 restocking charge, whichever is greater.

    Our payment provider PayPal uses “next-level” security and all transactions are processed securely using 128-bit encryption.

    USPS GROUND: (5-8 business days)

    Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

    The GAB GEAR SHOP does not send orders to P.O. Boxes. Please contact us via email at info@gabnow.org or by phone at 414.241.2465 to work out any special delivery requirements.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS

    What payment types do you accept?

    Our primary payment center is Paypal. You can pay with PayPal funds or PayPal can also process payments via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.

    How do I arrange a Custom Order?

    If you are planning a Generations Against Bullying or anti-bullying event or project and would like to order a custom item that is not presently available on the GAB GEAR SHOP, please contact us via email at info@gabnow.org or by phone at 414.241.2465 and a GAB Volunteer will help you
