Jonny Bridgewater’s Performance Center Open in Franklin.

Nationally accredited, certified performance trainer, Jonny Lion Bridgewater opened his new facility in Franklin for a launch party. Jonny propels clients of all walks of life to achieve weight loss, add lean muscle, and achieve overall health. He specializes in helping young athletes take their performance to the next level. He instills a mindset in his young athletes that “the only one stopping you from greatness is yourself “. This mindset of helping young athletes with their self-esteem fits beautifully with the GAB mission of helping young people to know that they have the power to stop bullying by being an upstander. To be an upstander, they must first have confidence in themselves to have the courage to act as an upstander.

Jonny understands the bullying epidemic and is looking to collaborate with GAB to share our message with his students. It would be a win-win for everyone.

The launch was a gala affair, with lunch catered by Marty’s, music by KISS-FM, and various venders of nutritional products offering a sample of their products. A special guest appearance by Milwaukee’s mixed martial arts champion Anthony Pettis included Anthony taking a picture or giving an autograph with any of the guest who wanted one. Anthony is collaborating with GAB at his professional gym and has a big, lightweight UFC match coming up on October 6, on pay-for-view.

GAB representatives, James Dean, Linda Lee, and GAB super volunteer Martha Sanchez Hernandez and her children Max and Yaqui helped man the GAB booth. We had some great discussions with students who dropped by. GAB was well received by all who attended.
